AF250 PFA Wire
Perfluoroalkoxy, commonly known as PFA, is a fluoropolymer that can withstand temperatures up to 260°C. Compared to FEP, PFA has superior electrical performance and can operate at higher temperatures. In high temperature environments, PFA also has better mechanical strength than FEP and exhibits similar properties to PTFE. It is an excellent choice for high temperature applications.
Our PFA wires are available in size from 0.05mm2 to Maxi 80 mm2 ( 36 AWG to 10 AWG ) and are available in a wide range of colors.
We use both solid and stranded conductors. The most common conductors are silver plated copper and nickel plated copper.
For now Shanghai Xutong have total 36 sets PFA extrude production lines with annual capacity of 150,000 KMS, which dramatically pull down the cost and enable us to provide customers with extremely competitive price, especially for the partners who are interesting in being our Agent in local places of the world.
